How can I Use GlukoFix ?

• You can mix GlukoFix  in water or other drinks and take together with starch containing meals. You can also sprinkle over or use in starch containing food during preparation (e.g. in a sauce with pasta or rice, in potato mash, in bread or cake dough.

• Five grams GlukoFix (one stick) needs to be taken together with food containing up to 50gram starch, i.e. approximately 120g bread or 3-4 slices of bread, 300g boiled potatoes, 200g cooked pasta or rice.

• GlukoFix has a completely neutral taste and does not affect the taste or texture of other foods or beverages.
• GlukoFix is a white powder, dissolves easily in water and becomes invisible after a few seconds.
