• 250 g of cow butter, melted & little for the baking form

• 400 g of flour for all uses & little for the baking form

• 30 g Glukofix (6 sachets of 5 g)

• 4 eggs

• 250 g sugar

• 1 pc. orange, the zest of it

• 1 tsp. baking powder

• 150 g of chocolate drops

With a wire-mixer mix well the sugar together with the eggs for 5-6 minutes until the mix is smooth and white. Then pour the melted butter, mix with a baking spatula and add the flour, Glukofix and baking powder sifted. Finally, drop the chocolate drops and orange zest and mix for one last time. Butter and sprinkle with flour an elongated form of cake. Pour the mixture in the form and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for half an hour and at 160 ° C for another half hour.
