Ingredient List

• 1 kg of wheat flour (hard)

• 50 g of yeast

• 1 tbsp. sugar

• 3 tbsp. salt

• 75 g of Glukofix (15 sachets of 5 g)

• 2½ glasses of lukewarm water (about)

• a little sesame

Recipe Execution

To make the basic bread recipe, we need first to activate the yeast. Dissolve it in a bowl, sprinkle with a little sugar and pour some water. Stir to dissolve. Cover with a membrane and leave it for 10 minutes to activate. When the surface froths then it is ready and we can add it to the flour.

Sift the flour in a bowl. Add the yeast, salt, GlukoFix and sugar and then mix. Add the water slowly and then you knead the mix. The dough is ready when gathered into a ball and the bowl's walls are cleaned. We place it on our counter and knead it for 10 minutes until it is supple and does not stick to the hands.

Pick the dough into a ball and we place it in an oiled bowl and cover it well. Let it rest for 40 minutes. Then we place it on the counter and knead it again for a while.

We divide it into 3 parts. We our loaves and roll them onto sesame seeds. We place them on a plate sprinkled with flour, cover them and allow them to double in size. When the loaves are inflated (it will take approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the temperature of the room), give 2-3 cuts on the surface of the loaves and bake them at 200 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
